Skollenborg Power Plant is a typical run-of-the-river power plant, built in 1983 to replace the old power plants Labro and Gravenfoss.

The power plant utilises a waterfall height of 60 metres in Numedalslågen and has two Kaplan turbines with a total performance of 97 MW. Annual production is at 395 GWh. The access tunnel to the power plant has traces of what was Norway’s first silver mine.

The owners are Glitre Energi Produksjon AS (69.21%) and Skagerak Kraft (30.79%).
