Changes in ownership of Sauland kraftverk AS

(4 July 2013) Notodden Energi has acquired Tinfos’ shares, and Hjartdal municipality has become a co-owner of Sauland kraftverk AS. Tinfos AS has sold its shares in Sauland kraftverk AS following an agreement with Notodden Energi AS. Notodden acquired Tinfos’ shares on 15 March 2013.

According to the agreements entered into in 2011, Hjartdal municipality became co-owner of Sauland Power Plant on 28 May 2013.
In addition to this, ten landowners have become co-owners of the company. As of June 2013, the owners of Sauland Power Plant are:

Skagerak Kraft AS, 67%
Notodden Energi AS, 16.2%
Hjartdal municipality, 14.35%
Local landowners, 2.45%
